Validating the SBC Domain

It’s necessary to validate the domain FQDN that is configured in the certificate of the SBC trunk in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The FQDN must be configured in the DNS server configuration (see Register End Customer Tenant DNS Sub domains).

To validate the SBC domain:

Login to the Microsoft 365 admin center for service provider 365 tenant and validate the SBC domain of the certificate for the trunk SBC.
